BEACH VOLLEY: BRAZIL WINS THE MONDELLO CUP
Paulao e Carvalho win the first leg of the Proseries International Tour.
The swiss girl Koelliker wins the Queen of the beach

The Brazilians Paulao/Carvalho won against the Slovenians Pivk/Grilc to 2/0 in the first leg of the Proseries International Tour. A great match with final results of 25-23 and 21-17, the spectators in Mondello cheered on the two Brazilian players, who at the end of the match danced along in a show in the company of the World Festival girls.
In third place came the French guys Znatchkovsky/Krafft, who beat the Monduzzi/Lah team 2-1.
The points of the first leg of the Proseries Tour stands as follows: 225 points for first place to
Paulao/Carvalho, 189 points to the Slovenians Pivk/Grilc and 135 points to the Monduzzi/Lah team.
The queen of the beach title goes to Denise Koelliker from Switzerland followed by Luna Pietrucci and Katri Vaiknments.
Todays results were as follows:

Queen of the beach finals - Natus/Koelliker  – Pietrucci/Vaiknemets 2-0 (21-18, 21-19)
Finals 3rd- 4th place - Znatchkovsky/Krafft – Monduzzi/Lah 2-1 (14-21, 21-7, 15-13)
Finals 1st- 2nd place - Paulao/Carvalho – Pivk/Grilc 2-0 (25-23, 21-17)
